WHAT IS LAND PROMOTION?
In simple terms, strategic land promotion is the process of finding development opportunities for land in order to enhance its desirability and add value to it. Whilst this may sound straightforward on paper, the reality is very different.
The road between identifying the development opportunities and unlocking the land’s value can be a tricky one to trek without the right guide. There are several steps which must be taken before the added value can be truly realised. This includes the preparation of planning applications, site promotions and finally the marketing of the land to potential buyers or developers.

25+ years of experience
Wrenman Strategic Land Ltd was born out of Warren and Vanessa Cadman’s 25+ years experience as building contractors, developers and housebuilders. This knowledge of all aspects of the planning and development process, from land selection through to successful completion of award-winning developments, gives them a unique understanding when assessing and promoting land for development.
Warren and Vanessa are supported by Rachel and Liza. Rachel is our Land and Planning Co-ordinator, managing the extensive project administration required to take your land promotion scheme forward. Liza is our Finance and Office Manager, and is responsible for all our accounting, HR and office management functions. Both have been working with Warren and Vanessa for many years, and it is this wealth of experience across all aspects of the business that drives our successes as a team.
